1. Tislit Gorges

The Tislit gorges is one of the most unusual hiking trails in MOROCCO, located About thirty kilometers from Taliouine, in the anti Atlas. What makes this site unique are these volcanic peaks with bizarre shapes and changing colors, framing the bed of the wadi for 2 km. A grandiose stroll in a wild film setting.

2. SUMMIT OF TOUBKAL

The ascent of Jebel Toubkal, the highest peak in Morocco and North Africa (4,167 m), is one of the flagship treks in Morocco. The hike takes a minimum of 2 days of walking from the berber village of Imlil, with stops at stopover lodges. This hike in the High Atlas is a real challenge that will change you and push you to go beyond your limits!

3. KHNIFISS PARK IN TAN TAN

A haven of peace in the heart of the Sahara, Khnifiss National Park is a unique place in the world where the sea and the desert meet. This hike allows you to enjoy the paradisiacal lagoon and the multitude of wild birds while discovering Cape Draa, the White beach, the prehistoric and historical archaeological remains, and many other natural and cultural treasures.

  • Location: Between the towns of Tan Tan and Tarfaya in southern Morocco

4. IFNI LAKE

Located at the bottom of a valley framed by the peaks of Djbel Toubkal, Ouanoukrin and Dome d'Ifni, the richness and unique landscape of this lake seduces many adventurers. Summer is the best season for getting there and camping, but the scenery in winter is more spectacular.

5. JBEL MOUSSA summit

This mythical Column of Hercules is also called Mount Atlas. It is located 50 km from Tangier, the ascent to its 841m summit will allow you to admire breathtaking panoramic views of Bibraltar, Tarifa, the village Belyounech, Ceuta and l’Ilot Leila on the northern borders of Morocco.

6. OUED EL KENNAR (RIVER)

A pleasant stroll awaits you along this river which descends from the heights of Talassemtane to thread its way between narrow gorges in the province of the blue city Chefchaouen. You can walk and swim in its turquoise waters, to arrive after 5 or 6 hours of walking at the beautiful beach of Stehat.

7. IMILCHIL: FROM LAKE ISLI TO LAKE TISLIT

Near the village of Imilchil where the Fiancés festival is held each year, are the two magnificent lakes Tislite and Isli, which have become famous thanks to the legend of an impossible love between a boy from the Aït Brahim tribe and a girl from the tribe of Aït Ya'za. It is certainly one of the most beautiful regions of Morocco and one of my favorites.

8. M'GOUN SUMMIT

This hike will allow you to leave the tourist trails for good and discover the second highest peak in Morocco: the mountain of M’Goun (4068m). The landscapes are incredibly diverse and rich, alternating Berber villages, green plains and plateaus, arid gorges and snow-capped cirques.

9. AIT BOUGMEZ VALLEY

Under the benevolent gaze of Mgon, the giant of the central High Atlas, stretches the longest and largest altitude valley in MOROCCO: The Ait Bouguemaz valley, nicknamed the Happy Valley. The green valley located in the heart of the central high atlas is surrounded on all sides by several peaks exceeding 3000m in altitude, perfect to create memories that will last for years to come.

10. THE ROSE VALLEY AND DADES GORGES

This labyrinth of colorful valleys, splendid gorges and pink canyons was carved out by the M’goun wadi, which descends from the eponymous 4071m high summit. A timeless region where Berber culture has remained intact and where agriculture still plays a key role. An easy hike suitable for all through terraced gardens, oleander forests, fields of roses, walnut trees, fig trees and impressive gorges.
